Ethan Smith founded Bearcat Buyers, LLC in 2026 with the goal of helping homeowners in difficult situations find a simple way to sell their property. Ethan grew up in Aledo, Texas and earned his BBA in Finance from West Texas A&M University. He brings a background in finance and real estate with a focus on providing straightforward solutions for local property owners.
